    Jannet, having long since started Hunting by the time Jaune was in that top section, regularly went out to train and beat on some poor soulless creatures that inhabited the nearby forests of their home. And every other time, it seems, she would come back with either a rip on her pants, or a cut or something that her aura (by sheer force of will, on her part) wouldn't heal right up. Usually it was her legs since her one-piece top that she usually sported was made of some heavy duty material, and due to her style, anything that touched her arms was generally dead already. This made sense the first couple years: she was still young and gaining experience, so some injuries and scratches were bound to happen. But the pattern persisted for years, up until Jaune left for Beacon (with which Jannet was severely... Unhappy).

    After a while it was obvious she was doing it on purpose (in later years, her natural durability was so ridiculously high, one had to wonder how the hell she ever scrapped her knees anymore). She'd come back with a hole on her pant leg, or a scrap on her knee or shin even though everyone know exactly how powerful, experienced, and skilled (and f*cking OP) she was. Not to mention her semblance. There was just no way she wasn't getting "hurt" on purpose, only to head to Jaune and his miscellaneous skills of the household to take care of whatever problem it was while they chatted through their little "bonding" moment.

    Jannet honestly just enjoyed spending time with her littlest brother, even if she could do so at any time, these "injuries" were just an excuse. Jaune himself didn't mind, as it made him feel like he was helpful to his sisters. Although he worried slightly about the fact that she was likely hurting herself (no matter how little) just to make the excuse. On the other note, Jaune no longer reacts to seeing his sisters lacking pants. If not for their repeated assurances that it was "completely normal" for a brother to be comfortable with seeing his sisters' bodies without feeling awkward, he would think their little sibling moments would look questionable from an outside point of view.

    Ah, what great sisters he has.
