    The Arcs have a passive semblance that seems to follow only the blood members of the family. Nobody is sure where it stems from (except the elder members of the family themselves) but the effects are very distinct and remain the same throughout the known family:

    Anyone who enters an agreement, deal, pact, or otherwise with an Arc bloodline member with a distinctly finalized compromise (this being a handshake, signed document, oath, or something of the like) are to be held strictly accountable for doing their best to uphold their side of the agreement. Unlike normal deals, where not fulfilling your end would lead to lack of value in your word- knowingly breaking word with an Arc will lead to the steady sealing of the con's aura until they are stuck at the level of a civilian pre-unlocking. The only method of unsealing their aura afterwards, is with the permission of the current head of the Arc bloodline (currently being Alexander Arc) doing the unsealing themselves. Fortunately, the Arcs themselves have never broken a deal themselves (not willingly at least), and as such are not taking advantage of their family semblance.

    This ability has lead to all major countries passing a law stating that knowledge of their passive semblance must be publicly acknowledged and available for all to see- especially to those who use aura themselves. The Arcs agreed to publicly airing their family's state of trustworthiness and lack of care for being cheated with it. The Arcs are not to be held accountable for any who break their word to their family.
